Service Agreement

By engaging my translation services, you agree to these terms. Each project is governed by a separate service agreement that outlines scope, deadlines, and fees.

Confidentiality

All documents and information shared are treated as confidential. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed upon request.

Accuracy

Every effort is made to provide accurate translations. However, for certified translations, the certification covers faithful reproduction of content, not legal advice.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in the service agreement. Standard terms require 50% advance payment for projects over $200.
